Day 7 of my 2nd year teaching poetry for Freeing the Muse on the island of Kefalonia, Greece! A morning trip to Myrtos Beach, lunch at Avithos Preview Taverna at Avithos Beach (the grilled prawns!?!), a Greek praying mantis greets us on our apartment door, a sunset trip to the top of Mount Ainos, complete with a herd of musical goats, then dinner at the Ionian Center for the Arts followed by an awesome reading by the awesome participants! What a full day!!!
