Day 4 of Kettle Pond Writers Conference! A writers walk in nature, featuring the Butterfly Tent, irises along a boardwalk, followed by ice cream! In the morning, I taught my 2nd generative session: goodbye poems and short poems!

Day 2 of Kettle Pond Writers Conference! I taught my generative workshop with sun poems and apostrophe poems! Then in the evening we had readings by the wonderful Ashley Mayne and the wonderful Chen Chen! In the night, accordion music accompanied by loons on Lower St Regis Lake.

Day 6 and 7 of the Martha’s Vineyard Institute of Creative Writing…teaching my Literary Publishing class, attending the closing ceremonies…then traveling home from that little island I love so much!
